Detailed feasibility and DPR for the water supply system including intake, rising main , WTP and distribution for the Kigali town.
Scope of Services
Water Supply: –The scope of work and the key deliverables for ACEPL shall be as outlined in Appendix 1.
The Scope here has been outlined in accordance with the obligations entrusted to Feedback Infra by its Client_ Energy Water and Sanitation Authority, Rwanda by virtue of Agreement Contract No. 11.07.029/3987/13/LTU-DED-DIR/NK/J.P.S dated 08th October, 2013, accordingly, the deliverables outlined here and detailed out in Appendix 1 are in accordance with the terms of this Agreement dated 08th October, 2013. In the event of conflict between any of the deliverable outlined here and detailed out in Appendix 1 vis-àvis the scope outlined in the Agreement Contract No. 11.07.029/3987/13/LTU-DEDDIR/ NK/J.P.S dated 08th October, 2013 the scope outlined in the Agreement Contract No. LOA for Consultancy Services for Feasibility Study – Nyabarongo – II Page 2 of 11 11.07.029/3987/13/LTU-DED-DIR/NK/J.P.S dated 08th October, 2013 shall prevail. The satisfaction of the deliverables by you would also be deemed complete if your deliverables are accepted and approved by the Client.
- The scope of services includes Site Visits. Costs associated with Site Visits would be borne
- by FIPL. In addition to ACEPL personnel would be required to be stationed at FIPL
- premises for 2 weeks every month of the contract period
