Water Supply: –

Task-1

  • Augmentation of Raw Water System (pump house/reservoir) at Bethali to convey water from Bethali to the reservoirs of Unit # 1 to 4 & Unit # 5 at Power plant site.
  • One balancing reservoir of 12000 cum capacity with a pumping station consisting of (2W+1S) horizontal pumps of 2150 cum/hr along with its interconnections with the existing system and all necessary civil, mechanical, electrical and C&I and other required arrangement at existing Bethali pump house for satisfactory operation. The sizing of pump is indicative and will be finalized based on techno-economical study to be done by consultant.
  • Basic study of existing electrical system at power plant for augmentation of existing electrical system at plant site and at Bethali pumping stations.

Task-2

  • Basic study for implementation of Raw Water system at Parvati river with all necessary civil / mechanical /electrical and C&I and other arrangements to convey water from Parvati river to reservoirs of Unit # 1 to 4 & Unit # 5&6 at power plant site.
  • This work shall include an intake well and pump house, 3 Nos vertical Turbine pumps (2W+1S) of 2500 cum/hr capacity with 50M head along with associated switchgear at Ch 15500 M near village Karadiyapar /Arniyapar at Parvati river, DI pipeline of 1100 mm diameter of about 7.5 KM long to convey water from Parvati river to reservoirs of Unit#1 to 4 and Unit# 5&6 at power plant site. The number and sizing of pump and pipes are indicative and will be finalized based on Techno-economical study by consultant.
